Orange and Green Tea Mojito
INGREDIENTS: Bacardi /Bacardi limon, 45 ml; Lime wedges, 5 nos; Orange slices, 4 nos; Mint leaves, 10 nos; Homemade green tea syrup, 30 ml; Crushed ice; Ginger ale as a topping. Garnish: Orange slice.
METHOD: Squeeze and drop the lime wedges into a Collins glass. Tear mint leaves over the lime, add orange slices and muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add green tea syrup, rum and ginger ale to this. Stir and taste to adjust. Top it with more crushed ice and ginger ale. Garnish with an orange slice.
