Monaco – the second smallest country in the world – scored on the fashion scene, as Louis Vuitton showcased its cruise collection amidst an eager A-list audience. Set within a glass box room, the catwalk was lined with swirling couches and LED video screens. French artist Ange Leccia created a film with water undulating over pebbles, so it was almost like models walking over digital water.  Nicolas Ghesquière added a fresh touch of modern with sharp python jackets, tailored A-line suits with mismatched prints, leather coats with ruffled finishes, chunky heeled sandals and envelope-shaped bags.
