Inspired by the Gota Patti work of Rajasthan, Rina Dhaka added a certain softness to the collection. She layered it with an extensive use of embroidery, while Mughal animal paintings dotted the velvet capes. Malaika Arora Khan and Nimrat Kaur adorned flowy lehengas, as fashion walked the romantic route.

Through his collection India Moderne, Varun Bahl re-invents traditional silhouettes. The line up included anarkali kurtas, saris and lehengas. Bahl flirts with the classics while giving them urban undertones.
