Verve, Arttd’inox and Zehen concoct an entertaining mix

Braving heavy traffic and the chill in the air, the capital’s social set arrived at the Arttd’inox store for an afternoon filled with a kaleidoscope of activities. Verve and Zehen, along with Arttd’inox, hosted an entertaining session for its invitees. Indulging in a leisurely time, the women browsed through the offerings at the store – from platters and tea sets to trays and pieces of home décor.

Excited to be a part of an invigorating interaction, the ladies all sported fashionable winter wear. What drew everyone’s attention was the fact that Arttd’inox is globally renowned as the creator of modular steel kitchens which are characterised by their simplicity, classy designs and textured surfaces. Their Riviera tea light holder with intricate detailing, inspired by the art of Kirigami, and the pink bloom cup with an elegant pink band decal, were the cynosure of all eyes. Another classy adornment was the crowned tiara range with beautiful flowers crafted delicately by folding sheets of thin metal.

At the Zehen, The Manor, New Delhi – a wellness centre and an urban haven that also serves as a social and professional space for entertaining your guests – the ladies were introduced to Chef Manish Mehrotra (of Indian Accent), who has been called the most exciting modern Indian chef in the contemporary world. He shared some great culinary experiences with the audience. His sense of humour and interesting anecdotes made for a session filled with fun and learning.

Using fresh seasonings from his pots of herbs and, from the ‘food for thought’ menu of Zehen, the chef shared some recipes with the guests. These included delicacies like baked eggplant salad; wasabi dhai and golden pine nuts; masala prawns rice paper rolls and winter bajra khichdi with parmesan foam. The women then feasted on a lavish buffet.

Each invitee left with a goodie bag filled with vouchers from Arttd’inox and Zehen, their very own copy of Verve – and a host of fond new memories.
