Terms and Conditions:

The promoter is: Verve Magazine whose registered office is at Colaba.

To enter a competition you must be: (a) An Indian resident; and (b) 18 years or over at the time of entry.

The contest activity is open to all residents of India, however only Mumbai residents can win the dining experience at The Good Wife and surprises by Fantasie Fine chocolates. For all non- Mumbai resident’s e-notes will be delivered on Valentine’s Day.

The dining experience at The Good Wife can be redeemed for a three course meal along with 2 Grey Goose cocktails each from the ‘Love Specials’ menu which has been designed for Valentine’s Day.

The voucher can be redeemed from 7th – 28th February, 2015 only.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Closing date for entry will be 8th February, 2015. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Verve reserves the right to choose the winner at their own discretion.

If you win a competition, we will notify you by email, or social media if you entered the competition on a social media platform, within 48 working hours of the closing date. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Verve magazine reserves the right to choose another winner. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner of the contest must make their way to the restaurant at their own cost and expenditure. No costs shall be taken up by Verve.

Please note that no offensive, vulgar, rude or spoofy letters will be entertained/delivered by Verve.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
