Queen and Mary Kom, films that Rohini Iyer’s Raindrop Media played Media Director to, bagged National Film Awards this year. She started her career at 16 and has steered her company to its present commanding position in the industry. Iyer has been single-handedly responsible for turning points in the careers of prominent actors like Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Katrina Kaif, John Abraham and Sonam Kapoor. Of late, she has also branched into Raindrop Alter Ego, a specialised consultancy to cater to small thought-big impact cinema and new talent that is on the verge of changing the economics of the Indian film industry.
