WIFW Ramp Watch: Anand Bhushan
Anand continued to experiment with a wide range of textures for the upcoming season. Dabbling in leather, plastic, acrylic and metal, he made these seemingly impossible to mould materials look glamorous in his own way. The painstaking molecular and DNA detailing was much evolved and its use on dresses, jackets and trims was exercised with effective restraint.
HIGHPOINTS: The shapes fit better this season and the outfits were thematic yet rail-friendly.
SCOPE: The urge to show everything at once; too many surface techniques in one collection.
