Dreaming Big With Nirvik Juneja

“I would like to take my family legacy forward in more ways than one,” shares Nirvik Juneja. The 24-year-old is a third generation director of the JC Fenasia Group of Industries, that has been involved with the manufacture of high quality leather products including handbags, travel bags and leather accessories for several years. The company, known for its sound infrastructure and state-of-the-art machinery, has a strong base in India as well as the global market.

Having spent time in Kolkata and the UK in his early years, Juneja believes that in spite of being part of the family legacy, he began as an intern during his first year in the company, which contributed to his growth. With a young and passionate team in tow, his vision for Fenasia is clear: “Despite constraints we’ve always grown, because our technology has always been unique. I don’t see why that won’t continue to differentiate us in the future as well.”

A shy person, Juneja starts every morning by setting a personal benchmark of work for the day ahead. As someone who cannot shut down completely, he likes to indulge in a game of squash and backpack across borders, to relax and de-stress every now and then. Looking forward to what awaits him in the future, he says, “My motive in life is to build my group, my company, my empire and my story.”
