Illustrating the theme of entropy, students from the College of Art, Delhi, present viewers with The Falling Leaf, a unique show in the run up to the Students’ Biennale in Kochi. Curated and conceptualised by Adwait Singh, the show has the young artists collaborate in the creation of the artworks on display. The innovations traverse themes relating to urbanity, nature, metamorphosis and life, with the works co-existing together. As the press note for the show says, ‘the project can be considered as a Deleuzian exercise in deterritorialising oneself following distinct but entangled lines, one that seeks to study different ways of collaboration, of coming together in space and different sets of multiplicities’.

The Falling Leaf: On Entropic Currents is on display at Latitude 28, New Delhi (F 208, Lado Sarai) until July 25, 2016
