Kavita Chesetty who ran the epicurean magazine Malli now devotes herself to implementing baking techniques an Italian imparted. Fluffy mini pizzas and disarming doughnuts are created with home-made yeast. Her cupcakes are so well-travelled they’ve been known to appear in NYC. If the very lovely Kavita kidnaps you for home-cooked South Indian food spiced with anecdotes of how her family regaled British monarchs, don’t resist!
