GLOCAL JUNCTION

It’s hard to keep your eyes off the exquisite Jewel of India structure at Worli. However, once the rumblings of your stomach surpass your fascination for structural magnificence, Glocal Junction’s 12,000 square feet space comes into focus. The eatery’s second outlet in Worli (the first one being in Andheri) likes its cuisine to be defined as ‘International-Indian- Regional-Local’ which is indicative of its name. The interior of the restaurant is primarily rustic and has accounted for enough space to stage live performances and events.

They also do a charming amalgamation of signature plates from different countries, so you have a Lebanese pizza alongside tokri chaat. There is also a delightful paan cheesecake, which really doesn’t taste as God-awful as it sounds. Although the restaurant is a haven for vegetarians, with its veg kheema pav, frito misto and sushi counter, non-vegetarians should try out the shish taouk and prawns tempura.

Glocal knows what the crowd’s favourites are since they have quite a massive drinks menu to choose from. Invigorate your taste buds with the zesty berry nice cooler or try out the refreshing chilli passion fruit. In fact, the menu changes as the day progresses so you can prepare yourself for a weekend of debauchery well before Friday night begins!
