The eldest child of Lupin Limited’s founder and chairman Desh Bandhu Gupta, chief executive officer Vinita Gupta is a dynamic influencer, who  has built a reputation for setting — and meeting — daunting targets.

Genesis of Lupin: Named after a flower which nourishes the land that it grows on, the company was founded by a BITS Pilani professor in 1968. Starting as a vitamin manufacturing company, it went on to develop drugs that would combat life-threatening diseases in the country.
