WIFW Ramp Watch: Nikasha
After some experimentation, Nikasha went back to doing what she does best — a breezy Indian collection in delectable colours with subtle surface ornamentation. Shades of champagne, pearl, tobacco, pomello pink, pale peach, cherry blossom red and wine red were adorned with embroideries like thread French knots, diamanté and pearl encrusted floral and vine motifs that lent a sense of vintage romance to the collection.
HIGHPOINTS: Extremely rail-friendly offerings.
SCOPE: The fabric, colour story and silhouettes were more Spring/Summer than Autmn/Winter; better styling perhaps.
