Trend Report: London Fashion Week Fall Winter 2015

Text by Wyanet Vaz

Mongolian fur took over the winter wardrobe, designers played the individuality card, and frayed edges made its mark as the season’s biggest trend

Fashion’s love affair with the 70s trickled into London Fashion Week as well. The anthem of the season is mix and match, with an overload of print. We are quite excited about the vinyl-inspired fabrics that are pro-glossy, and make for perfect monsoon gear. The oversized poncho, made famous by Kate Moss and recently by Deepika Padukone, has found a sure spot in our winter closet. For the younger crowd, we saw the rise of cropped pullovers and sheer ensembles.

Verve handpicks some of the best looks straight off London Fashion Week Fall Winter 2015.
