What this face says
There is an element of mystery, drama and sensuality in this look. It works as beautifully for round faces, as the nocturnal drama on the eyes drawing attention from the soft, nude mouth (and a less than perfect jawline).
How-to get this look
Smokey eyes require precision. Go overboard and you end up looking like a raccoon. Apply a brownish black shadow onto the lid, in the crease apply a medium tone brown eyeshadow. Blend some black kohl close to the base of the upper lashline. Finally line the lower lids with the black kohl and apply a single coat of mascara. Blend the colour and blur the edges for a smoky, diffused look. If you don’t want to come across as intense and dramatic, try a lighter, softer version with a light brown eyeshadow imitating your skin tone. Dust some shimmering gold eyeshadow on the centre of the eye lids. Pick up a nude lip shade which works best for your complexion.
