When Verve screamed Konichiwa!
Traditional Japanese umbrellas in the right shade of pink adorned the ceiling at the Marc Cain boutique, located on South Mumbai’s fashion boulevard. Verve along with Marc Cain conjured a fulfilling experience, and shopping seemed to be the motto of the day.
The racks at Marc Cain were loaded with a brightly-coloured spring summer collection, and look books at every corner fuelled the excitement. The Verve team captured all the drama over live tweets, Facebook check-ins and Instagram filters. With fashion hash-tags flooding social media, the frenzy at the store made a parallel appearance in cyberspace.
Amidst posing and pouting, Japanese flavours did the rounds in the form of delectable rice dumplings, sushi and cranberry coolers. Guests broke off into conversations revolving around summer sojourns, mapping destinations and owning the holidays with fancy couture. With a tranquilising summer in store, Shiseido’s beauty cocoon and soothing hand massages made the distant dream a happy reality.
Verve ensured a perfect start to the summer, as colourful interactions flowed over impressive, new purchases. Guests took home memories of a delightful experience, a Verve goodie bag and of course, a Japanese-inspired selfie!
