Candid Camera: A State of Juxtaposition

Location: Mumbai

Moving image: This picture was taken in a by-lane near Shivaji park. I was there for a while trying to get a good shot of the sea link, when suddenly this group of young boys entered my frame. For me, the boys playing in the foreground is what makes the picture. It adds another perspective to it. Everything has arranged itself perfectly in this frame. Also, it has the stillness of the sea link, and the movement of the boys, which to me are a juxtaposition of sorts.

Photographer: Tiana Kamte is a freelance photographer based in Mumbai. She assisted fashion photographer Rohan Shreshta, and currently shoots portraiture and fashion.  She thoroughly enjoys travel photography and believes in the ordinary moments that come alive, and create magic in a photograph.
